Yoga Therapy is “the professional application of the principles and practices of yoga” IAYT. All sessions include some form of physical yoga and guided meditation, plus journaling activities to encourage self-reflection and education on yoga philosophy.

Sessions are all tailored to individual needs, including personalised assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management, and yoga practices.
Yoga Therapy is for individuals or small groups.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
How & Where...
Sessions: 1 hour
Booked: Individually (£60ph) or in blocks of 6 (£300).
Ideally attending one session per week, for 6 consecutive weeks.
Sessions take place either at my home studio, online or at your place of work*.
