How & Where...

Sessions: 1 hour

Booked: Individually (£60ph) or in blocks of 6 (£300).

Ideally attending one session per week, for 6 consecutive weeks.

Sessions take place either at my home studio, online or at your place of work*.

Baby Bump Yoga

Pregnancy is a unique and transformative time, filled with moments of joy, growth, and occasional challenges. Baby Bump Yoga offers a supportive and nurturing environment where mums-to-be can connect, move, and prepare for the journey ahead. Includes gentle movement, breath-work, and meditation, specifically tailored to help you build strength, find relaxation, and cultivate mindfulness as you prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Mummy & Me Yoga

A post-natal yoga class where babies are welcome*; a little calm amongst the beautiful chaos. This class focuses on new mums, designed to align the body, strengthen the core and promote well-being.

Suitable for all fitness levels and mums from 6 weeks post-birth.

Plus, it is a wonderful opportunity to meet other new mums. 

*We know babies pay no attention to schedules, so whether they need to feed, to be changed, to sleep or to cry, anything goes in these classes.

A super fun 30mins Kids' Yoga Class inspired by popular children's books. We take time to say hello, to breathe,  we read a story and move our bodies, before having a lovely relaxing (...sometimes!) rest to finish.

Strong Mums with Little Ones

A speedy circuit class for PARENTS, where kids are welcome to stay & play. While the parents have a chance to strengthen their bodies and focus their minds, the kids have the opportunity for independent play, meeting other children and sharing each others’ toys. It's chaos, and we love it!
