Yoga therapy uses many tools to support people in their journey to live a balanced life. All sessions include some form of physical yoga and guided meditation, plus journaling activities to encourage self-reflection and education on yoga philosophy. Sessions are all tailored to individual needs. People may seek yoga therapy for many, many reasons, anything from bad backs or anxiety, to big life changes and general well-being. Yoga Therapy meets you where you are and helps you to achieve a sustainable lifestyle that fosters peace and (wild) balance.
