What...

My wellbeing-focussed Personal Training sessions aim to keep you motivated as you train and challenge yourself. Attending one of our sessions should never feel like a chore, but a treat you actually look forward to!

Training is outside, as this helps us to connect with our environment and boasts our wellbeing.

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, have completed the 200hr + 300hr Yoga Teacher Training and also have certificates in Barre Fusion, Mixed Martial Arts and Mindfulness. Our sessions will offer you a great opportunity to try out some aspects of fitness you may not have tried before.

Why...

My holistic approach to training encourages us to forget what the scales say (if weight is your concern) and focus more on the deeper reasons that have brought you to Personal Training e.g. maybe you lack motivation because you aren’t getting enough sleep. Or you seek comfort in eating because you are unhappy at work. Or hate the gym because you feel too self-conscious etc. OR you just want to fling your limbs around in the park!

Either way, once we have established these deeper causes, we can then create a plan together which, along with your personal training sessions, may include homework such as improving sleep hygiene, keeping a food journal, or daily 10min meditations.

Who...

Everyone.

Especially those new to exercise or returning to training.

By letting someone else create your programmes and make the decisions, it means you can sit back (!) and enjoy the varied sessions, as you begin to feel the effects of moving your body and improving your inner strength. 

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

How & Where...

Sessions: 45-60mins

Booked: Individually (£60ph) or in blocks of 6 (£300).

Ideally attending one or two session per week, for consecutive weeks to maintain motivation.

Sessions take place outside or at my home studio.

Want to train with a friend? Ask about buddy sessions.
